  • Check your confirmation emails!!
Both offers worked for me about 5 mins ago - chocolate & copper crackers total £6.xx.
However my confirmation email was £44.xx, so neither offer seemed to have worked. I've now cancelled my order.

I couldn't even get on to the chocolate and copper ones, it just directed me to the home page.

checked my online account after phoning to get the second discount applied. They manually adjusted the start price to £7.50 instead of £15

3 X £5 kids crackers £4.84, could have been £2.xx if it had worked online, still 3 boxes for the price of 1 so happy me and happy kids.

  • Just had my call back to confirm I could have one offer or the other.

Good while it lasted and hope those getting in quicker do get them.
If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:

    I've circled the wording

    Christmas Shop >> 3 for 2 >> All Crackers

and also the 3 for 2 flash in the top right of the screen

Don't know if this will help anyone who hasn't cancelled an order yet - if not it might be worth a try in future:
The total price changed after I confirmed the order and the confirmation showed a higher price. I went in to the order and deleted one of the items and the price dropped to include the glitch again. HTH

A very nice SA saw me looking at crackers today, and whispered that if I could wait, crackers will be reduced to half on SATURDAY.

THey had quite a lot piled up in different places in the store.
