M&S crackers showing as 50% off and 3 for 2 but 50% not working edit GLITCH for some

Strange...the 50% is working but not the 342!!! I put in 3 x £15 crackers...

okay i have been trying all morning with no luck.

first it gave the 3for2, but not the 50% off.

Now its giving 50% off but not the 3for2.

So to those who manage to get the two promos together, do you mind sharing which types you purchase (as im thinking that it could be the selection)

I purchased the gold £15 ones. Didn't work first of all for me, so I shut down the page & looked 5 mins later & it had worked. I hope it works for you!

Im not getting it either, but am getting a spend and save?! No idea what that is though!

I've also been trying I think they corrected the 50% off but have removed the 3 for 2, the orders that went through must have got in just as the two offers were still live. Still says 3 for 2 against them on info though.

I've got £192 in my basket and its trying to charge me £70.45, the SNS has worked for £24.96.
Wonder what I'm doing wrong

I have just phoned while sitting with the crackers at the checkout stage - 50% off but not 342 - very pleasent gentleman said put the order through and he would adjust. Duly did that, he looked up order to adjust the cost then stalled saying he would speak to a colleague no doubt seeing £90 worth of crackers would cost me £13!!!! (2 lots of 342 - one for me one for my mum). Came back saying would need to speak to manager as seems a problem and could be one offer superseeds the other. Going to ohone me back.
Have now looked back to cracker page on website and no 3 for 2 sign on top banner for crackers.....me thinks they wont honour this and wish I had taken screen shot just as I was placing order.

Looks like the 50% off will be the only offer then
