M&S crackers showing as 50% off and 3 for 2 but 50% not working edit GLITCH for some

I think calling them up could have alerted them to it? Mind you, i have still got the 3 for 2 and 50% showing at the selection page, it however does not show up at checkout. Lets hope that the people who managed to get the offer gets it!

I bet they won't honor most, like with the alcohol sets the other week, especially as people are phoning up to let them know.

I had 50% and 342 on the alcohol sets, ordered, and they changed my order at a later date without letting me know!

Exactly. I was lucky enough to get teh alcohol glitch, but wouldnt have called if it didnt work as it would just ruin it for others!

If some of you have managed to get a 50% AND 342 order in, keep checking your account, as they may change your order over the next few days without emailing you.

The alcohol was honoured

People phoning them hasn't caused the problem as the glitch was a possible one which was not working until calls were made. The 3 for 2 offer was working on its own 50% advertised but not coming off, then they corrected the 50% offer and removed the 3 for 2, the few orders that have gone through were lucky enough to get in whilst they were updating it. In fact phoning them was the better option as it would be the only way to get both offers added it was just over too quick!

3 for 2 not working for me either!!! pretty annoying as it's listed as 3 for 2 and 50% off!!!
