M&S crackers showing as 50% off and 3 for 2 but 50% not working edit GLITCH for some

anyone know whether both promotions are instore also, and if they are working together

People phoning them hasn't caused the problem as the glitch was a possible one which was not working until calls were made. The 3 for 2 offer was working on its own 50% advertised but not coming off, then they corrected the 50% offer and removed the 3 for 2, the few orders that have gone through were lucky enough to get in whilst they were updating it. In fact phoning them was the better option as it would be the only way to get both offers added it was just over too quick!

Like I said in post 53, My alcohol was NOT honored, as a few days after I ordered (342 AND 50%), they took 1 item off my order, and took the 342 off too!

I only noticed, as I checked my account. Needless to say I had chance to cancel, as I didn't really need the things.

I had 50% and 342 on the alcohol sets, ordered, and they changed my order at a later date without letting me know!

Just saw you have edited your post since I quoted it, in the instance of the alcohol offer I can see why you're annoyed as loads were honoured, inc mine so I understand how frustrating that would be

THREE FOR TWO HAS DEFINATELY BEEN TAKEN OFF!!!

I've just spent 20 minutes on the phone argueing that the offer was there when I placed my order, but it has gone while I was typing in credit card details. Grrrrrrrr.

Still showing as 3 for 2 on main cracker page....so argue if they charge you more

screen shot with time and date box showing so they can't argue....if anyone needs it
