[Deleted User] wrote:Hi the loan is still active but is nearly at the end. I have about 8 payments left to pay. It stated in letter that they would pay money in to my current account not loan account. The letter then goes on to say that If I want to use the money to pay off the last of my loan then I will have to contact the bank after the money has been paid in to my current account and arrange this my self. Through my online banking I can view my loan account as well as my current account and I have checked every day including today And so know for sure the money has not been paid in to my loan account. Hope this all makes sence.
Hi there
Yes I see what you mean, so this should be refunded back to you in means of them refunding into your actual bank account.
I do hope they hurry with this now for you, have you managed to write to them yet in regards of distress compo? The one and only "Dizzy Di"

I have written a letter of complaint and have asked for distress compo. I am not sure who to send it to. Should I adresss it to and send it to the case officer who is suposed to dealing with my case not that I know exactly who that is . or to some one else higher up and If so who. Any one got any ideas. Also another strange thing and the reason why I don't know who is dealing with my complaint is that all the letters I have recieved from RSB said that Ben Ryans was the case officer dealing with my complaint. When I got this letter making me a offer. It had a complete different name of case officer in charge of my complaint. I have asked to speak to both these people when phoning up but they are impossible to get hold of0

Personally I would address them to The Manager, and tell them you feel this is not getting anywhere as well as the distress compo, and also take a photocopy of the letter to the department who you normally write to for them to have a copy to.
Make the other department aware you have also sent a copy to the manager as well.
Good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi every one Still no money has been paid in to my accoun t. It has been 3 weeks Now. I phoned up again today many times and demanded to speak to the manager or some one in authority. but they kept refusing to put me through and then kept hanging up. Very un proffessional. After phoning about 8 times with no success and just the phone being put down on me . I sent a fax. I have sent fax many times about every hour today and still no response. ( I hate to think what my phone bill is going to be like with all these phone calls and faxes).I have sent a letter of complaint but only to the case officer at the moment as I don't know who the manager is or who is higher up in authority. I have tried asking them when phoning and they refuse to tell me. So don't know exactly who to complain to.I doubt the case officer will respond to complaint though as they havent responded so far. What more can I do. What should I do . This is really driving me crazy and im really getting angry.:mad:0

So sorry to hear this, and I bet you are very angry, I am angry for you :mad:.
Just a thought, but a guy who is very helpful is a former worker of that bank and maybe you could pm him or leave a post for him to ask for some details, I think he will be happy to help.
However he does not normally deal with the PPI side of things but should not of some contacts for you, I will pm you.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi everyone a quick update, I finally had a call from some one at RBS called adam. He was very rude. He said that My claim had been sent to payments and that it would take two weeks to proccess payment and that the money will be in my account in 2 weeks. I Asked him why its going to take two week as I think this is redicculous as I have already been waiting 3 weeks. and he started to get even more rude. I then told him that I could not wait 2 weeks as I need the money now. And I tried to explain my situation. He would not listen and did not care. Then he swore at me and hung up.
What do you think, should I have to wait 2 more weeks. Why should it take two week to proccess payment and put money in my account. Surely its a internal transaction and should be able to be done imediatly or with in a day.0 -

Also address the letter to the Manager and request for a copy of the telephone recordings, do not say why at this point though in case they try erasing it as such. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
