End Mobile Contract Early?
Comments

Yes.
I have just done it.
You need to read your T&C to see what reasons are allowedWe all evolve - get on with it0 -
Yes, but not many.
How far in are and which network ?0 -
Why do you want to end it early? You'll need a pretty good reason, a contract is a contract and you're most likely stuck to it0
-
Unless they've changed something to your detriment since you joined then, no. I don't think Orange have changed their T&C's in the last 3 months.0

Yep, just looked at their T&Cs and I think I'm stuck.
Basically, my problem is with the signal / reception - even at home I find the signal really poor. I can hear echos and ghost voices and quite regularly the connection just cuts off completely. I often divert business calls to my mobile so it can be very annoying.
I never had any problems with 02 the signal was as clear as a bell so I am finding Orange a bit of a disappointment (to say the least).World Peace in 20100 -
If you'd have done something in the first few weeks you might have had them cancel for poor signal.
But after 3 months you'll have a uphill battle with them unless you've called and logged the issue with CS during those months ?0 -
No, sorry to say I haven't done anything as yet. A recent bereavement made it seem less important.
I'll give CS a call anyway and see how I get on.
Thanks for your help.World Peace in 20100 -
I think, that sadly, you may be stuffed.
If you had a decent signal on Orange and now don't because of something they have done, then yes you have a get out.
If their coverage just happens to be not very good then as far as I can tell not much you can do about it.
My circumstances were to do with o2 altering the terms of my account without authorisation so it was a fairly clear cut breach of contract sort of thingWe all evolve - get on with it0
