Hope you and Bikingbarney get sorted. Don't know bikingbarneys details but in your case it's just a pain waiting months for the outcome which will clearly be a win for you. You have to wait and be inconvenient just because the t.p is lying.But when you get your non fault claims from the tp insurance put in for recompence for the inconvenience and stress this has caused.
