I emailed the Terry Leahy email address and c.c'd several newspapers, had an email this morning saying it is being "dealt with" but no further response yet.0

Hi, after not getting a response to my reply (still with me?
) I emailed the terry leahy address again, waited two days and got a snotty response back saying "sorry you did not get my reply of the 21st, I have added it below" (their original response), so just totally messing me around, they really do not give a flying fig. Seems Tesco main customer service are going the same way as their instore ones - I ususally go to Cardington Road Bedford store and their are two rancid menopausal hags on that desk who will ignore you for 5 mins (i've timed them) regardless of what you want.
So, my 8 person family food, toys, books and clothing budget and diesal expenditure will be moving away from Tesco for good now, sod the clubcard vouchers, the extra expense on day trips will be worth it knowing i'm not funding that company any more.0 -
Thanks. I have now got his email address but will bear in mind your experiences!0

Has anyone heard anything from Tesco yet? I've yet to do another online shop with them as i am very wary. Despite the lady at our local branch telling me she would sort it out when i did another shop(ie knock something off the order) i have a feeling it will be a drasticly useful 5quid or somthing daft! I am still peed cus of the bank charges, nothing else! We cant even do a request for refund from the bank as it was a debit payment. There is one thing that is really bothering me as well as tesco messing us about, and this is a major issue....we use a debit account with no overdraft facility. If the money isnt in the account and you use your card, it gets declined. Simple. No extention for a few days etc you simply cannot use it. They earmark payments the minute they are aproved, so the funds in the account are frozen as such. I dont get how Lloyds paid this debit knowing there was no funds in the account. I dont understand how that was possible? Why wasnt the payment declined? Because they authorised it we have been slapped with, not only a charge for going overdrawn, but a charge for opening an overdraft without permission!!!
MARTIN!!!!! How is this possible? All i seem to get when we talk to Lloyds is a fobbing off. Please can you help us with this one as its a big issue0
