Calls to T-Mobile are charged at 25p per call on PAYG irrespective what you call for.
You only have to pay if you speak to a real person!
If you just listen to your balance there is no charge.0 -

Then the T-Mobile website must be wrong?
Call 150 from your T-Mobile

Call 0845 412 5000 from a landline (charged at local toll rates).Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
No it's not wrong! You are missing something out about it.
They do charge 25p on PAYG, but only if you speak to someone!
You don't need to speak to someone to get your balance - its done automatically - and those calls are free.
If you had a t-mobile payg phone you would know this to be true - clearly you haven't!
I know you like to argue over anything, Derrick, but this is just confusing people. I already posted above that you do pay on PAYG to talk to someone, but that isn't necessary to get your balance which was what the original query was.
Look again at the website HERE and you will see all their charges to special numbers from PAYG phones.Calls to a T-Mobile customer service advisor (per call) 25p
The relevant words are "calls to a service advisor".0 -
Type "balance" and send it on 150 free to know your t-mobile pay as you go balance. There is no any charge to send text on 150.0

you can even just text "BAL" to 150 and you will get a free balance/allowance text back from them, as I recall there is no charge for the service.====0
