I doubt that because the carpark is used by many people, and it's a proper looking car park. If I found three skips I'll get someone to remove the skips out the way because I personally know many skip hire companies from the work I do. :rotfl:

Indeed you can. But they are also within their rights to either block your car in or sue you for trespass.

You should tell your fellow parkers that whoever 'runs' the carpark is doing so illegally and they (and you) should stop giving them the business. Where's that money going? Not on public liability insurance I'll bet! Get out and get as many other people as you can out. If you know so many people in the skip business, maybe you should block the carpark off with skips before anyone gets in in the morning and ask for all that money back that you've been paying them!
