I bought a PS3 on the day it came out for £425. They're now £250, can I get the difference back from Sony?
I find the folk at Currys a tad more difficult than Argos but not impossible. 4 no. ink cartridges, must have been 18 months old, no receipt, still got a credit.

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

If they're still in their original packaging just return them and buy them again, if they're not there's nothing you can do.

But even if we're talking DSR, he's blatently accepted the product OP has had them for a mth! DSR is not there to be abused by the consumer, it is not there to protect against price changes, it is there to protect the consumer re: purchasing at distance - not being able to inspect the goods at point of sale. The retailer is not obliged to accept them as a return unless they are faulty.
