I adapted balck saturns vanilla ice cream to make chocolate flavoured, it was really nice. BS you'll be pleased to know it involved tesco value chocolate!! (and some cocoa mixed in a bit extra cream!!). I suppose if I was feeling really flush I could have borken up another bar into it for choc chip!!0

Thanks for the potato bake, sounds good. :T
Will have to serve it with at least 4oz of meat and selection of veg, otherwise DH will say "That was nice love, now where's my dinner?!!"
A few weeks ago I dug a home made leftover curry out of the freezer. It turned out that although it had loads of veg in it, there were only a few chunks of meat in it, (I suspect DH picked the meat out while it was cooling for the freezer). He chucked the whole meal away and went out for a kebab!!!! I can't tell you how annoyed I was.
I can't get away with serving soup for dinner either, as "It's not a meal, it's a drink!"
Needless to say, we end up spending a small fortune on food!!!:eek:I like cooking with wine......sometimes I even put it in the food!0
