I'm having the same issue, been having it on and off for weeks! Spoke to someone today who reset my password and stuff to see if it makes a diff, but i can't get past stage 2 of the login so i'm stuffed for a while so it seems!! How very helpful!

I have been experiencing the 'System Error' for at least a week now. After phoning the advetised helpline number, I was told that I should try logging in again in March!

I was not told what the problem was, but for the record I have one of the new cashback cards.

If they know there is a problem why not explain that one 'system error' page instead of making me ring a call center half way round the planet?

This kind of problem is one of the reasons I refuse to move to paperless billing!

Let's hope they sort it out soon.

Spoke to the useless Barclaycard staff again. Insisted on trying to change passcode once again, forwarded me incorrectly three times. Will just go into the branch.

Apparently it will now be fixed in "June", this is dragging with me now.
