yeah, i'm getting the same thing when going to "Pay Now".
It's the first month i've had the card so i've not been given a statement yet, but i'd like to pay the balance now. Perhaps this is the problem?
Has anyone spoken to Barclaycard yet?0 -
I use to have problems with it when using Internet Explorer but changed to Firefox and have never had any problems since.
Worth a shot?

Working OK for me, but if you can't pay directly on the Barclaycard site, what about using your bank/building society account to set up a payment to them?! I do this with my Nationwide account, though you have to allow 5 working days just to be on the safe side.

I've tried Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari on a Mac

I'll give them a bell tonight and see what's up.
I spoke to them, and the bloke on the end of the phone reckoned it's because my account is less than a month old. They have to generate a monthly statement before you can pay any money back into the account; you can't pay money in against the current months' debt.
Sounds like a user interface fail to me - they shouldn't give me a "pay now" button if I shouldn't be able to use it!
The customer service guy did say there's an option to pay off over the phone, so if you're not in the first-month-limbo, i'd give the number on the error page a call, chat to them and pay off over the phone if you need to.0 -
spoke to someone just know ....still cannot login ...arrrrr

Yeah, when they say 'a few days', what they mean is February, actually. I am having the same problem (have also been told it's the cashback credit cards) and when I rang them last night and they again told me it would be fixed 'soon', I pushed them to define 'soon' and it turned out that the provisional date that they've been given by the technical team for a fix is actually February. I couldn't quite believe it. Especially when the only reason I have a cashback card is because they just 'upgraded' mine. Some upgrade.0
