anyone else unable to login ?
ive not been able to log on for about 5 days, spoke to someone on the phone in the bank and she checked my statements for me and said i should be able to logon, but i still cant.
its really annoying me now , as i always pay online

Had problems this morning getting access. Worked eventually though.
Can you send payments from your current accounts online banking? That's the way I always do it. So much easier having them all in one place.0 -
i normally buy stuff on the internet with it then pay it straight off with my current card, but i cannot check the amount i need to pay etc..
i could set up a direct debit if it will let me on the site again lol

Just a case of being patient. When you login in initially and then it asks you for 2 letters of your password put those in, click login and then just try leaving it to see if the system lets you on. Don't click anything for a good couple of minutes. If it doesn't do it in that time try again.0
