All those who provide faulty public services which should be included, that is, all the telecommunications companies0

Voted Tesco for their mis-selling policy which cheats customers, especially those who trust them and don't check them, but moreover for being 'Non-dom' and avoiding tax. It's all been said by people above.
If a poll is started for Companies you would keep, I would say Co-op Bank are super, but their food supermarkets are expensive. Rather go to Morrison's/Aldi etc.
For TV programmes which should absolutely be banned (not that I'm for banning per se) - Jasper Carrott's 'Golden Balls' which rewards greed, dishonesty etc. It's very demoralising to see people justifying avarice, greed, lying. (I'm turning it off as we speak!)

This is a really lame list; it doesn't even include an arms manufacturer/exporter.0

Probably because they are very efficient... I've not heard the Taliban complain yet0 -
Only 7% for the Daily Mail !!!!!!!Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc0

In your opinion!
Others may think otherwise about a group of people who refuse to change working practices in order that the business becomes profitable - otherwise they will disappear!
You ask any Postie if he's ever gone on strike over the introduction of a new sorting machine at his office & i bet you the answer is 'NO' .
You believe too much you see on tv & read in the newspapers.I usually like to drink my whisky neat :cool2:0 -
I voted the Daily Mail, simply because they print the same newspaper every day. (I confess I'm a newspaper nut and can't resist reading any newspaper. I read it when I go to the in-laws - so I can hardly claim a moral stand against the Daily Mail !). It just makes me laugh that in every edition there's at least 1 alarmist piece bemoaning the "crisis" in Britain's "booming" prison population (usually also giving examples of how easy prisoners have it in jail), our "out of control" immigration policies and how life was so much better 10/20/30 etc. years ago, depending on which argument they're trying to make. Oh, and of course there's usually a piece depicting the trials and tribulations of working mothers and/or childless couples.
Any of the above may or may not be true, but do they have to regurgitate the same arguments so often....?0 -
Why isn't bmibaby on the list :huh:
I hate them with a passion.0 -
Nice to see so many people voting for the sun
as someone who's family have suffered because of hillsborough id like to remind people who aren't as knowledgeable that that newspaper is scum and will never be forgiven
search on google for HJC for more info0 -
What a difficult choice, with so many baddies on the list! The reason I chose Asda over Tesco is that Asda is owned by WalMart a dreadful american company. Not that I like Tesco and the horrors of what it is doing to the small shops and communities mind you - it is just that between obliterating a British company and an American one, the American had to go.
Hard choice, though.
I am also sorry not to have seen Nestle, I would have definitely voted for them to go (for the same reasons as another poster put, see the Baby Milk Action boycott link). Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0
