Morrisons are in charge of ours - I hate them, yuck. Don't like the pastry OR the filling! My Gran always used to make a couple of little jam tarts for me when she made the mince pies for everyone else - I miss my Gran!

My Nan was always in charge of making her famous Christmas pudding. There was so much alcohol in it there was a risk of internal combustion if you ate it!
My God it was good though.

Is that the pods thing?? I want to continue to buy beans/grounds as it supports local traders importing coffee rather than a pod system where you are stuck with the makers coffee0 -
Hope it goes well tonight Elfen.
I hate marzipan too Linda - blaaaah...
Nice coffee maker Becky, what do you use at the moment?Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
I thought the same about Becky and the salty stuff!
I love Marzipan, when I was a kid I used to buy blocks of the stuff with my pocket money. Now I'm an adult I drink Amaretto instead! My cake wont have marzipan and icing on though cos then I can't eat it with cheese.
I'm not posh Spud - I bought a bed set for £25 and it had a runner with it, but it slides off every time I get into bed. I don't make the bed, but it's a bit silky so if I left it on the floor I'd step on it and slip and go flying!
Psychiatrist was really nice, she says I need to write to the ME clinic, and copy in everyone, saying what I'm not happy about with the letter. She was really positive about everything, she's going to refer me back to the psychologist and push for me to go to the top of the waiting list, she says it's not fair for me to go back to the bottom and wait another 9 months when I was seeing him before. She's also told me to self refer to the woman's councelling service, which she says is good. If it's the place I'm thinking of I've been suggested for the board of directors and I've heard really good things about them. So, really positive!
Does anyone know if you get tesco clubcard points if you buy petrol? I just bought £32 worth of petrol and spent £1.50 in store and only got 2 points.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
