MrK is probably sitting at home in front of his computer, reading all this and PHSL.

    yup thats what I said

If your not hiding it on you, most SD would wait till you past all paypoints, but if your attempting to conceal or remove security devices proative teams will stop instore
  • im not being funny to the op but if you have a magnet in your pocket and you know that your partner has a tendency to take things to the counter with not enough money etc it sounds a bit strange. maybe they where a bit heavy handed with you but i think maybe they had right did u kick off and struggle when they were trying to search you ??? that would escalate it more.

They have absolutely no right whatsoever to search him or her even if they have witnessed them secreting property about their person, that is for the police to do when they arrive. They can always ask them to submit to a search and many a fool will oblige but they cannot under any circumstances forcibly search someone without their permission or against their will.

I don't know if Tesco has more than one store in Newbury, but even if they do they should be able to recognise themselves from this story, I do hope so and that they fill us in on the missing pieces to this puzzle, or simply tell us if if it is a windup or whether Mr Kringle is a disgruntled ex security guard who got a bit heavy handed with someone and wants some legal advice, free of charge, from like minded people.

I say like minded because we have been told

"First I will state I am NOT a shoplifter and never have been.Anyone who assumes I am or have or that I willingly abetted anyone doing such will not be responded too. I have seen to much trolling on the net and refuse to respond to it".

Bearing that in mind, perhaps that is why Mr Krinlge has gone to ground - not enough people agreeing with him. Or perhaps Mr (Kris) Kringle is too busy checking his list to see if we have all been naughty or nice, perhaps in these recession hit times he has had to resort to the odd bit of shoplifting, aided and abettted by the skint Mrs Kringle, to make sure that everyone gets what is on their lists this Christmas.

    The votes are in.

95% of MSEers support the bodyslamming to the ground and subsequent beating of this scumbag.

Tesco WINS! Lets hear it for Tesco :T:T:T

My feeling is Mr K is either an out and out WUM :rotfl::T or he's telling the truth. I don't think he was in on the shoplifting and lying about it.

  • Can I just say, my OH is a camera repairer, he most certainly does not carry a magnet in his pocket whatsoever. If he does own magnet for repairing it is in his workshop and never in his pocket, especially when shopping.

This has to be a wind-up.
