Would anyone care to enlighten Mr Troy about the past history of the owner of this new company?
Let's see. Abuse of official logos without membership including BPA and ICO (illegal). Harassment of those ticketed by sending debt collectors to their doorstep pretending to be bailiffs with a court order (illegal).

    And that's for starters.

Someone saw a gap in the market. Looks like a legit co. working against real PCN (i.e. council ones) charges for companies.

    Works fine here!

works fine here also. I would suggest the poster does a complete scan, antivirus, malware bytes, spybot s&d and superantispyware etc. or somesuch.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
  • The PCN web site has a new front screen. Apparently 'This account has been suspended'.

A new whois on the domain name shows:

    "Registration status:
    Renewal request being processed."

Some 18 months ahead of time?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

They may have sold the business and the new company are trying to redirect the website to theirs or perhaps trying to rewrite the website without all of Ash's errors
  • Updated again! (It's really not that exciting!)

Taking into account the financial position of his business, may be it would have been more appropriate if a certain (ex?)company has the first name of Margate
