That is also now "down". Perhaps someone might want to buy that one as well.0 -
This is fabulous! I am hoping he has been shown the error of his ways by the Bib!
I wonder if he's still trying to take AlphaRomeo to court or whether the whole thing has crashed and burned for Ashford?
Well done anewman for snapping up that domain, hope you or another user who knows how to set up a similar website can see their way clear to have a bit of fun with the other domain name as well.
Anewman, I see you have a chat section on there now, nice touch, I will visit there when I get a mo.
Wouldn't it be great to put our efforts towards bringing down another particularly bad company now, what about that Nighthawk Security who clamped the lady to ensure she paid an unlawful £138 PCN?
:T:T:T:TPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have a look at one of my favourite websites tommorow afternoon *, it's a very left field consumer website with bite. I think you will find they will be featuring the all new pcn-uk website as it's the type of story they love.

* Have a look tonight as well as it's a mighty fine read0 -
Were there not a number of rather illuminating emails sent by this company ?
Would they be worthy of a public place ?0 -
I was not a beneficiary of such mails, perhaps a quick read back of the thread would reveal users who could supply ?0

Also don't forget his third website :-
http://www.vibeleisure.co.uk/
which also seems to have closed down.

You have to be a special kind of person to be stupid enough to not pay £20 odd quid to renew a website
Nah..
I work with domain names a lot.
A UK domain name can only be registered for a minimum of 2 years. His domains would have expired mid-2011.
For them to be available now, Nominet must have pulled them.
This could be for a number of reasons, but most likely because they were instructed to do so by the Information Commissioner, trading standards or by the tax man. OR.. if they (Nominet) had contacted him asking im to change something and he ignored the request.
Very unusual for all of someone's domains to be pulled at the same time. Someone 'official' must be involved.0 -
As the IC had been involved its possibly him using his weight.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
