    It would be amusing if it was simply a case of Ashford forgetting to pay the hosting service and him actually wanting the domain back.

    I assume he will not bother reprinting his stationary, tickets and signs so they will direct customers to your site to pay. You could have a nice section on why not to pay!

    One if your operatives gave me a ticket for looking sideways at him. I think a £40.00 fine is very reasonable. Don't you think you should increase it to £400.?

    Now wouldn't it be fun if the new owner of PCN-UK.co.uk put up a nice yellow and black webpage saying something like..

    "WE AT PCN-UK.CO.UK HAVE REALISED THAT PRIVATE PARKING FINES ARE NOT LEGAL SO INSTEAD OF PAYING YOUR FINE, GIVE THE MONEY TO CHARITY INSTEAD"
