I don't know why you have a big smiley face about it, welcome to the start of a slippery slope into unmanagable debt. Well done you have take the easy short term option that happens to be the hard long term option. The ammount is very small and you should have either raised it else where with low or no interest or negotiated to delay the payment to your landlord.0 -
Theres no need to be rude about it, it was smiley face for everyone who answered and gave me some input and actually tried to help.0

Trust me I am trying to help, if you can't afford your rent this month next month you will have your rent, your loan and your loan interest. No doubt you will get another payday loan to cover that then the following month you will have your rent, a loan, interest x 2
Catch my drift.
P.s. I feel the bluntness in a situation like this is needed because in my opinion and experience you are making a huge mistake.0 -
hmmmm, i do see your point...but my career development loan has no interest and i do not need to start paying it back until june 2010....i will get all my living expenses on wednesday, i would have got the funds from somewhere else if the bank hadnt of told me that i would have the loan come through yesterday and now its wednesday, sooding banks, i live with other people and we all pay our share fof the rent, so asking to move it is out of the question Tbh...0

i just stopped filling out the forms so your bluntness worked :-/0

good move, off my own experience it is too easy to get caught in a cycle in payday loans and should only ever be used when there is no other choice. You have made a wise decision.0

im not sure what else i can do though, my mum and dad cant afford to give me anymore ( i cant move back with them, as they do not live in england anymore...) , in your opinion is there any chance the bank would lend me this small amount?0

explain your waiting o n your loan and ask for a tempoary overdraft. If not see a local credit union or apply for a crisis loan at the job center.0
