Removing a large sticker from windowscreen - glued on?

I parked in a private car park at the dentist i go to, little did i know the building next door owns half the car park to, and i was in a space just over to their side. Anyway when I came out of the dentist there was a large A4 sized orange sticker glued to my window screen (telling me not to park here again or i will be towed) - on the drivers side in the my line of vision, same on back window.
Does anyone know how i can remove it off, ive tried picking but it comes off in tiny pieces, im still here beacuse I cant see to drive
I have some deicer and a ice scraper, spray and scrape??

Firstly I would say that a 3rd party is not allowed to place stickers obstructing the drivers view, I've seen them on side windows but not main windscreens so I'd say a word in the ear of the offender is required!
As to the question, cheap aftershave is what you are after, the alcohol breaks down the adhesive. In my experience something like Hai Karate or Brut should do it!!0 -
Nail polish remover works too even cheaper but do not get it on your paintwork please. That and a kitchen scrubby sponge. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

I guess you don't carry nail polish remover or an electric kettle with that 'puter do you?"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Definitely complain about where the stickers are being placed. If memory serves, they leave themselves open to prosecution, because the vehicle cannot be moved while the screen is obstructed. Stickers should only be placed on side windows, and even then, only if they don't obstruct the drivers view (rear windows are preferable).Fight Crime : Shoot Back.
