Anyway - c'mon - 100 transactions [ish] with 22 cards.
His family have been taking the pish...
Over 3 years? That is an average of 0.64 transactions a week. We don't do much DIY but probably visit this number of times over 3 years when decorating or gardening, plus the Christmas tree & deccies visits0 -

My concern is that you might have collected all the evidence that the company needs to dismiss your son.
What - exactly - are the terms of the staff discount card? You don't have to post them up here, but be sure that you are clear about the terms of use.
Whether you can prove who used the discount card and when is very much secondary. The main point is .... was use of the card strictly in line with the terms, or not?Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -
at the end of the day you are correct about the card use he has used a diff debit card on occasions so yes the company can have him on that, but he apparently should have had a warning when it was first noticed and then obviously a second warning if it happened again then sack but if he was warned in the first place this never would have happened the issues is more to do with whether he got discount for high priced items such as kitchens ect which has never happened only been bits and pices0

Are you sure about the warnings? It's possible that mis-use of the discount card amounts to gross misconduct which can lead to instant dismissal.
Have you been through his contract of employment and the terms of use of the discount card? Those are far more important than the print-out of the card's use, IMHOWarning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -

Everywhere i have ever worked which gives a discount card classes missuse of it as gross misconduct and so instant dismissal.
Some employers card give upto 20% discount so it can work out to alot of money lost on each sale.0 -

Possibly D_F_C has hit on what may be going on here. You now need to be sure about the final destination of the stuff bought. I would only bother going back 18 months - they need to be told to get real if they ask for anything before that - but more recent stuff, you need to be able to show where it went.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. we.. my son went in for his meeting last night to be told that it had been cancelled until monday, apparently the hr woman said she had phoned him 3 times and left a message which is complete lies the store manager did apologise to him saying that this hr woman led him to believe she physically spoke to my son, so we now have to wait until monday, on the transaction front we go to his store a hell of a lot to get bits and pieces as well as coal so all this about notgo there many times of year is rubbish we have decorated and done alot to the garden, the only transactions i refused to deal with are the cash ones i feel that is being downright stupid although we have written small bits on each piece of paper so hears praying all will be ok, thanks Dvardys0
