its trapped moisture, basically you want this out the car
driving with the window or sunroof open just 1/2 a cm will help0 -
Don't think there is. I think you just have to have an absorbent cloth to wipe your windows with, or paper towels. I wipe the windscreen, and the two front windows, and away I go, the car warms up quicker when it's moving, and the then with the heater on the rest of the windows soon dry out.
And don't leave the wet cloth/paper in the car.0 -

You can get a demisting treatment called rain-x about £7 from halfords that you put on the inside of your windows and they don't mist up so much, I used it on mine and it worked quite well although it really stinks and I think it has some nasty chemicals in it. Plus I put it on the outiside without realising oops. Halfords do their own but its nowhere near as good apparently. Make sure you get the de-mister though, they also do an anti rain one which goes on the outside. The other thing is if its really bad you might have a leak so check under any car mats you have to see if theres a problem there. Think it might be an age thing though, my 97 corsa does it a lot.Saving for a deposit. £5440 of £11000 saved so far:j0

Messy but quite effective..either washing up liquid on a slightly damp cloth..or rub half a potato on inside of windscreen. Doesn't stop it altogether, but helps a lot.0

If you have the heater on recirculate then that is part of your problem, it is basically recirculating the damp air continually in the car. If you change it to fresh air it will take out the damp air and bring in new air. This will help remove a lot of the damp / mist.
Try it you will be amazed the difference it will make0
