this happened to a friends husband, he too didn't know until pulled up. It turns out someone he worked with had given his details. TO be honest, I am not sure what route he took to get it resolved. Maybe try to find ot about the courts / the offences from local Criminal Justice place....and then take the details to a solicitor for free 1/2 hr session. Good luck

thanks,and too many people saying go to the solicitor,I agree if they are free,but why pay money when you can do it yourself:D

if the solicitor is FREE as in NO PAY then go to them

if you have to PAY them as in NOT FREE then do it yourself
