this happened to a friends husband, he too didn't know until pulled up. It turns out someone he worked with had given his details. TO be honest, I am not sure what route he took to get it resolved. Maybe try to find ot about the courts / the offences from local Criminal Justice place....and then take the details to a solicitor for free 1/2 hr session. Good luck0

OP, are you 100% sure your oh is being totally honest about his driving record?0

another vulture who prays on this board & sits a waits for people to make a little mistake & point it out to them, no good advice just criticism
Not pointing out a mistake at all. How do YOU know that the big grin smilie was an accident?
Looked pretty deliberate to me hence my question.
Maybe you're just naive in that you think everyone on MSE is good and honest and tells the truth about the situation they are posting about.
Never been called a vulture before - I quite like it. :rotfl:
Cheers.(Note big grin smilie being used properly here)

then contact the courts to get full details
you will then have to ask to go before the courts involved (they may allow it to be done locally)and give evidence and swear on oath that it was not you.
If they accept this they will 'quash' all the convictions,
but beware you would be in very deep doggy do do if they later find out that you lied(perjury)
This person posted really good advice but so far no one (except me) has thanked them.
Too busy thanking posts calling other posters 'vultures' I guess.
Hmmmm....
