Hi angel123 - I've been reading thro' this thread since it started and with a mystery £200 being added to your account, your problems seem to be getting worse
    .
I have the feeling that despite all your phone calls, (God bless mothers), the fact that you are dealing with Customer phone desk staff is feeding the fire - They are well known for getting the answer wrong. Of course they have a recording which you don't, and these recordings have a habit 'disappearing' when they get it wrong
To get all this on an official track, you must write a letter headed Complaint - just like that in bold

Try to be as concise as possible - maybe a list of bullit points - listing the app date and giste of your conversations, and demanding a detailed breakdown of the £200 bill and any others for which don't have precise figures - You are actually entitled to demand a copy of every bill they ever issued to you
    All the best

Thankyou for your response Helena I was hoping you would read this.
could you possibly provide the correct address to request my data under the data protection act as I would really like to get this sent off as soon as possible.

    Use the information commisioners template including account number, and do not be specific as you want ALL data they hold;
    "Dear Sir or Madam
Please send me the information which I am entitled to under the Section 7(1) of the Data Protection Act 1998.
If you need further information from me, or a fee, please let me know as soon as possible.
If you do not normally handle these requests for your organisation, please pass this letter to your Data protection officer or another appropriate official.
    Yours faithfully"

Their data users registered address is, (and they are duty bound to ensure it goes to the apropriate person):E.ON UK ENERGY SERVICES LIMITED
    WESTWOOD WAY
    WESTWOOD BUSINESS PARK
    COVENTRY
    WEST MIDLANDS
    CV4 8LG

I'd send registered delivery -The fact that you request will ensure E.on are more diligent in checking accuracy and concerns you raise.
