    Phew..thats long....(cue Actress/Bishop joke)

    To try and summarise....

    Do you owe them money?

    How much?
    Have you paid them?
    If yes,can you prove it?

    If not,why not?
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

hi, i feel so sorry for you being in this situation. I too had problems in the past, eon forgot about my gas meter for nearly 3 years. They also forgot to read the meter prior to instaling a re placement one as well. I would re contect ofgem, and ask again. As you have angoing issue, they should still be able to interveen.
If they have obtained a warrent by deceet, then i would definatly 'play' on that issue - and quite rightly ask for a substancial amount of compensation for the distress caused.

If you have any corresppondence with them agreeing the payment plan, then keep this imformation in a safe place.

Unfortunatly the energt companies are quite often heavy handed - i remember anthea turner had somewhere been caught up in a simular situation. She mamanged to get them bill halved as the energy company failed to read the meter over some time and also didnt adjust the repayments as prices rose.

    Good luck and keep posting

Perjury is a very serious offence. I would suggest you provide any evidence you have to the appropriate authorities.

You mean you have said that your supplier has commited purjury on a public forum without having the evidence to back it up?

Libel is also a serious offence. Not quite as serious as perjury, but very expensive!

Normally a copy of the so called Human Rights Letter that is sent advising of the intention to obtain an entry warrant is also lodged at the Magistrates court the warrant is issued by. Normally no letter - no warrant.

    Hi angel223,

This sounds like a horrid situation to be in and I am sorry for this.

It sounds like you are doing the right thing by using the escalation process to have your account investigated.

You will be able to go to the Ombudsman after you have given E.ON 56 days to resolve this complaint for you ( I know it has been going on longer, but it will be from the date the official complaint was raised on your account )

Just ask for the address to send your £10 cheque for your account notes, or use the email address on my profile page.

    Hi,

I understand that you know this will cost £10, do you already have the form from E.ON to send with the cheque?

If not, you need to request this and E.ON will send it out to you. Contact E.ON on the normal number on the bill, or use the email address in my profile page.
