if eon are clearly in the wrong, why on earth does the OP have to pay £10. Or will the OP get the money back if or when the case is proven?
Just seems a tad unfair for a single mum to have to stump up cash if the energy provider is clearly in the wrong and trying to do some rather underhand tactics.

Hi,
I understand that you know this will cost £10, do you already have the form from E.ON to send with the cheque?
If not, you need to request this and E.ON will send it out to you. Contact E.ON on the normal number on the bill, or use the email address in my profile page.

surely a letter detailing my request and the enclosed payment would be sufficiant?0 -

Hi nuttyp,
This really is to cover the paper work and cost, it can then be taken in to account when the resolution is being negotiated.

Hi angel223,
The correct procedure would have to be completed when asking for such documentation, if we try to do this another way it will only delay the paperwork further.
If you use the email address in my profile page, I will see if I can get this to you.

the company (more than one employee) has admited over the telephone they did not send a letter at all and do not have a reason why, a friend was litening to the conversations (but It was not recorded) therefore how could it be libel if it is true.
I said it seems that they have lied to the court surely that is not libel
I will check to see if a letter was given at the court. thankyou
thankyou for your response and the friendly warning
The odd call centre staff member who either doesn't have access to the legal papers of your case, or if they do happen to have made a possible mistake, doesn't mean that the supplier has perjured themselves in court.
Unless you can prove the accusation you have made, then that is potentially libellous.
Have you contacted the court to see the copy of the letter that is usually required to be sent before a warrant is issued?
If you weren't in court, how do you know the supplier perjured themselves unless you have documents of the hearing?"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
