Had my eye on that in caramel but was waiting to here reviews on it & now it's OS.:rolleyes:

Should have read this thread before I went and ordered.....................the fair isle cardi!!! Lol - not holdin out a lot of hope of it fitting judging by all the comments. It was £12 so will see if its worth keeping or hassling sending it back as customer services aren't sounding like the best.

Oh dear! sorry to hear your still waiting - my first order with Ellie Gray took about 2 weeks to arrive so perhaps they have been inundated what with MSE'rs and Hot Deals where I have seen most of the items in the sale posted individually.

I have recieved my jazz pants and top and very pleased with them (they took about 5 days to arrive) - not too bad but I think I may have got my order in before the masses by the looks of it.

Had an email from them. They say they can confirm they despatched my order on the 8th but I have to wait until 22nd until they'll look in to it.

Anyone know how long it takes them to acknowledge a return?
I am slightly worried (only slightly as I have proof of posting so should be able to claim off Royal Mail).
I wouldn't order again as it costs me nearly a fiver to send stuff back, so I'll be going to shops in future.

I posted a return to Ellie Gray on 29th Dec and they e-mailed me yesterday to say that they are issuing a refund.
