Glad to hear it's worked out, but that's pretty slow isn't it?
I sent a package back to choice and they redunded my credit card within 5 days, so 23 seems long.
These experiences have reminded me why I go to shops

Most internet sites are quite good but I think personally Ellie Gray aren't in comparison, as someone has said, it's the cost to send items back, not to mention what I thought was slow delivery in the first place and cancelling orders without even emailing!! ie I found out when I logged onto the site that my second order had just been cancelled but they hadn't bothered to tell me. It's great if the stuff fits though but I'd probably not use them again after my experience.

Bang on.

Same things happened to me, learnt my lesson and now know not to bother shopping there. Maybe one day they will be under new management and improve their service, until then they have probably lost quite a few customers.

Just received an email to say they have more reductions & more in stock!

My order arrived today-just in the nick of time-22nd was the maximum for delivery.

Ordered the 2 in 1 tees(x4). Quality is not too bad for the price(£5 for 2 tops).

I ordered an 8 which I find a little too generous for my build/style, but they'll do for layering which is what I bought them for.

Someone please stop me from buying the boyfriend cardy in BOTH colours, cable knit leggings & Kaylee scarf!!!:eek:

I know, I fancy the cable knit leggings too! They have been very slow in terms of customer service but I'm really pleased with the items I've received. That's my gym wardrobe sorted! No more bitty bottoms!

Am really annoyed with Ellie Gray. I was after the jersey jacket (http://www.elliegray.com/new_season/activewear/jackets-and-hoodies/casual.html/range/jersey_jackets_with_collar/style/elliegray_dbl_faced_jersey_jkt/) which has been £10 up until yesterday. They announced the further 15% off so I thought 'Great, I'll get it for £8.50'. I clicked through and there it was for £8.50. However, I was busy at the time so didn't order. An hour later, it was back to £17 and now it's £20! :mad:

I phoned to complain and they fobbed me off with some nonsense about the 15% not applying to all sale items and it depending which colour you order. Absolute rubbish!
