I ordered two items on Thursday and received one on Saturday. My despatch note doesn't mention the other item and when I checked online it also says will be back in stock on 21st. Do you think they will honour these orders or is this just to inform us that we can reorder on that date (presumably at the higher price!)? I have had no communication from them at all apart from a confirmation email and then part of the order arriving!

Just a question- to those that have had theirs, did you all get a dispatch note to say it was on its way before getting them? I will call them tomorrow but have had no note myself and am now assuming I wont be getting my order.

I had a phone call tonight to say they have cancelled my order, placed 10 days ago, as they had hoped to source stock and cant now. Very disappointed and not happy that they took all this time to tell me.

Mine came via Royal Mail. I only ordered two items. One is great, the other doesn't fit well, but I can't really be bothered to send it back!

I like what I've ordered but I must admit I wasn't that impressed with the quality and wouldn't pay full price.

No dispatch note for me, but items arrived in 6 days.
Sizes hit and miss, bought jkt L fits me size 10-12.
XL jog pants small waist v. large legs.

I think quality is quite good, although would not pay full price for these.

Nope, no email to say they were dispatched. I only knew they were sent, by looking in the "my account" section on the website. :rolleyes:

Items are pretty good quality IMO (although, i suppose it depends what you ordered) i certainly wouldn't pay full price though.
Sizes are hit n miss as someone said before.......i'm a size 8 but the size 10 drawstring velour pants fitted nicely, and the size 12 towelling Hoodie fitted nicely as well.

I basically took a chance & bought things in different sizes, and it seemed to work out well for me. Very pleased! Thanks again OP!

I got a phone call message when I got home last night- its on its way I think- but stuff out of stock so will have to wait and see- am seeing that they come up smaller then normal brands- slightly worried and think I may end up returning things!

By the sound of it, if everyone has sizes that don't fit due to the smaller sizing, stuff will end up being returned so keep your eyes on the site as they may need to get rid of things again!

I only had a prob with the USA Pro tops I ordered, I'm a size 6 and found the XS was neat on me. All the other brands I received were true to size (Ellie Gray and Deha).
