If it is their error they should pay for returns, give their customer service number a call.


I ordered 6 things in total (three on this time and three from the time before) and I am very pleased with the items and the quality.

Phone their customer service line up and speak to them, definitley don't wait for an email reply :rolleyes:

Just checked my order on their website and now it's showing as 'out of stock till 21 Dec' but it was definitely in stock when I ordered! Hadn't had an email to say it was delayed so anyone waiting for orders, worth checking on the website.

I received 5 pieces and 2 are showing as the out of stock till the 21st December - not at all sure I will get those tbh.

Yes same here, was deff in stock when I ordered in November, then it said it was out of stock and more would be in on 14th December, now changed to 21st!!

Oh I bet we don't get them then! Annoyingly I searched through to make sure I ordered the few things that were still in stock too!

Do they send them with Royal Mail? Mine was dispatched yesterday although 1 item is OOS and they're waiting for more stock on the 21st.

Had a phone call to say one item from my order has been cancelled yet again. Two items showing as out of stock due on 21st (also altered from 14th) and I was advised that it was more than likely that I wouldn't be getting these either.
