complaints with o2 online
If anyone out there is having a problem with o2 online that never gets sorted buy the call centre in glasgow.
call (Removed by Forum Team) or 0845 3300684 this is for the high level complaints.
I managed to get this yesterday after calling them because yet a gain my bill was wrong. As luck would have it the head of complaints was visiting the call centre so i demanded to speak to her after 1hr 30min later and many managers later including operations manager and even the call centre manager it finally clicked i was not going anywhere until i spoke to her.
after i explained my issues my case was sorted within hrs she gave me her office number as stated above.
ps if you are offered a goodwill dont take the 1st offer they offered me £15 but after speaking to the head of complaints that offer was raised to £450 good will.
just goes to show if you have a case then fight your corner not only did i get that godwill i was also offered staff discount on my bills for the next 18 month.

i never no how to ask for goodwill if I have a complaint i usually get it sorted out but never get anything extra0

The number you have posted above is for Peter Erskine's office. He is the managing director for O2 and he has a team of Senior Customer Relations Advisors who work for him.
Your right in what you say about them being a high level complaints department. I've had dealings with them and have found them excellent in sorting problems and complaints out.

I spoke to Simone Tiffin please dont forget mine was a major complaint running over 18 months+
i was being charged for call and txt even though i was under my allowance being charged double my monthly tariff.also being told where to stick my f**king complaint by a jumped up agent who could not cope with the job and also calling on daily bases to a 9p a min line for 1hr + at a time. oh and also a security problem where i was placed on hold but for some strange reason could hear conversation with an 02 agent and a customer in blackburn where i heard all is details including all security details.
if i could i would speak to 02 for everyone as over the past 18 months i have learned so much info about 02 online and know where to hit them.
i know i received a big refund from o2 but mine was a major case so please dont think they will just role over, but if you feel there is a big poblem then go for it.:beer: LOVE LIFE PROCEED & PROGRESS0 -
if only i could start my own business complaining for others would be great i would make a fortune as i have a gift for it as ive been told before by a major telecommunication company before they where glad i was working for them not against them.:beer: LOVE LIFE PROCEED & PROGRESS0

Infact i have just had a thought.
If the legend that is martin lewis reads this i would like to challange someone like dominic littlewood as martin does not get in to the complaining side as much. there is an idea for a tv show ME VS anyone who feels they can complain and get results from companies better than me:beer: LOVE LIFE PROCEED & PROGRESS0 -
yeah my problems stem back 16 months, I am awaiting High Level Complaints getting back to me after I repeatadly e-mailed Peter Erskine's office several times requesting for a deadlock on the dispute ( ie why I was disconnected ) to approch Otelo - as they are going to compensate me, I ended up disconnected for 8weeks as o2 online customer care could not understandand basic e-mail's I was sending them asking then to reinstate my D/D (cancelled by bank as o2 set up another D/D and line on my account when I ordered a pay as you go phone???, the bank cancelled the wrong D/D - but lets face facts had o2 not stuffed up in the first place....), overcharges with minutes, £50 credit applied to my account never ever went on, spam texts which they were not bothered in helping me with when I done everything I could with the 3rd party to stop them...porting from 3 to o2 my number was totally disconnected for 5 days due to thier error and they offered me 5 days line rental as compo!!! I refused it....the list goes on & on ( even 3 were never as bad as o2 - and i told o2 so )If I helped or saved you money - Thank me
