This is extraordinary. We sent a letter off on 21/03 for 4 lightbulbs. This morning the postman brought EIGHT lightbulbs from Powergen, 4 x 40 Watt and 4 x 60 Watt. We are stunned and delighted.

Mine arrived the other week too, I am in receipt of IS/HB etc.

Exact same applied not even two weeks ago and got 8 this morning and they were the short ones of 40w and 60w. I already have long ones this is great also was a genuine claimant and followed exactly what it said on page one:j
