I tried my energy saving lightbulbs with a dimmer and unless it's turned on full power it will flash.0

Even if you not on those benefits, apply and see if youn get the bulbs. Can't see that they check every applicant, they would have to have a disclaimer from you allowing them access to your private personal information anyway!keep smiling,

I think its not so important to have engery saving bulbs if you have a dimmer switch, as the whole point of a dimmer switch is that you can have the lights on real low, hence using less electricity anyway.keep smiling,
