Although some of the deals look like big savings there arent that many. This isnt as good as martin makes out. The video games section for example, the only games selling at discounted prices are ones that are over a year old and are selling for that price elsewhere too. The books are the same, with most of them quite old(although i'm sure that wouldnt stop you enjoying them) they arent discounted. I love amazon but id rather search the normal way so i can choose if the extra price is worth the added quality. Theres no point in going cheap if it wont last.0

Has anyone here signed up to Amazon Prime trial before? I'm going to sign up so I can get my stuff delivered tomorrow at no extra charge. I just want to make sure that they don't charge you £47 and then give it back if you don't continue the service.
Can somebody just confirm (from their experience) that they don't take any payment upfront. I'm just being very careful as I can't afford to pay £47 now, even if I will get it back once I've cancelled.
I'd appreciate a sreply ASAP! Thanks!"Most people would rather die than think; in fact, they do so" ~ Bertrand Russell0 -

You sign up with no charge and agree to be charged after a month if you don't cancel. You can cancel straight away online, and you still get the full month of next day free delivery. Best to wait until you need lots of quick deliveries, as you can only do the trial month once (per account).

Has anyone used the tricks to get cheap print cartridges ? I don't seem to be able to find the 'node' department number to build the URL. Thanks0

Hi everyone, my first post, though a regular reader in Dublin.
Is there any way you can filter the search to items that are supplied directly from Amazon? Most of the 3rd party sellers won't ship to Ireland, very frustrating when you think you've found a great bargain.

You can use this with 5 nominated family memebers, I have done this with 4 people at work and therefore cost me a tenner for a years membership. See uf you have any other friends family to do it withHas anyone here signed up to Amazon Prime trial before? I'm going to sign up so I can get my stuff delivered tomorrow at no extra charge. Yes, usually once your in a specific area searching you can search by seller - but only once you get down to a departmental level in your search.0 -
