    I am going to do a 5k [STRIKE]race[/STRIKE] run on 20th December. First time I have run since the bad race in June.....

    I am feeling mucho better lately and am gonna try and get back into it....:T

    Sam, I'm always grumpy. Took some more paracetemo lto see if it helps, and thinking about going down pub later, but probably won't. Depends if I'm in the mood.

    Kayleigh I had 2 just before 3, and 2 about quarter of an hour ago. Doesn't help either my period is late (prbably caused by dosage upping to double, it's happened before)
