    It was a fixed fee thing - we paid 112 on 26th Nov. Apparently the spares would have cost at least that so we did alright except for the crappy service...

    It is working now though. I can smell my coconut & cranberry muffins as I type...

    Well there's proof if more was needed that running is good for you.

    Finally got out for my first run in sooooooooooooooooooooooo long (at least 3 months I think:o) and managed to knock out 2.58 miles (just over 4km) in 26mins and 16 secs which averages to 10mins 11secs per mile. Not too shabby I'm thinking.

    And for the first time in AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGES I feel like a human being:D I really think if I can keep this up regularly I can avoid upping the antiDs which would be great

    On a DFW front I've managed a week of NSDs :T

    Morning. Finally back to 'normal'. Trip to Mum and Dad's was good. Nice and relaxed, some constructive chat and lots of playing :D
    I even fit in 4 runs (a measly 12miles over the week but not a bad start:o)

    Have been contemplating the counselling thing. Not sure what it is achieving. I go in, blether on about myself, feel good for maybe an hour after then 'forget' about it until the next session.... Can't see how its having any benefit really:cool: (hey - where'd the shrug smilie go?)

    Other than that am on an even keel now so will continue onwards and upwards;)
