Not had a chance yet to offer my thanks to sher60 for taking over from PC - spent ages catching up after various problems and you are doing a fantastic job. Following in the shoes of PC, Honey etc who also did a magnificent job. Also thanks to other peeps that offered - can't wait to see what happens when its Mads turn lol

I wouldn't hold out too much hope Judy....Sadly I suspect Waity's will stop the current policy sooner rather than later.....(Happy to be wrong though ) Remember T CS were still quoting the old policy several days (If not weeks) after Black Friday.......Latest from ISP says they are still hastling the few stores that still take moc's on wrong product....

Interesting if this is from HO - would be good to know what they consider is their policy as it does seem to vary tremendously between branches at the moment.

Let's all hope that they don't do a Tesco and stop them without notice.

I wonder if anyone can help. I, got a text from McCain saying I won a bag of chips on Sunday and they would send me a email to say how to claim but I've had no email as yet. Can any other lucky winner out there tell me how long they had to wait for the email to come through.

Received a voucher from Waitrose yesterday for a box of their chocolates costing £3.99. Didn't have all the selection in my store today but took the chocolate crunch. I love these vouchers to tempt you but I certainly would not pay £3.99 for a packet containing 90g chocolate! But hey, this one is free!!

Hello everyone, been lurking for a while, just thought I would unlurk to say I received my Castello calendars, as I like their cheese, using the coupons will be fine by me.In response to 'gazza26' , I would contact McCains if I were you, as you cannot get your coupon without the email.I have been following the posts on the comping thread and there seems to be a lot of reports of unhelpfullness from couponnet( nothing new there then) and McCains , the email address is on one of the posts, I did try and find it for you , but I'm sure if you telephone McCains they will take your details and post you a coupon, as that is what they did when I could not print my subsequent wins because couponnet blocked printing after 1 win, but apparantly that has changed now.

When I have won, the email with the coupon link was how I found out I won. If you use the "contact us" on their website and explain that you were notified that you won but you haven't received the coupon yet.;)
