Before large supermarkets became the norm (yes I am that old) most vegetables came with extra protein attached - slugs in cabbages, flies on brussel sprouts!! This worm must have been a Houdini who managed to escape modern methods. You just had to learn to look & wash veg. well.

Glad you put it in the garden as one of the best things you can have there. You may have freaked out but how did you think the worm felt?:)

Personally I don't think you can have an argument with Asda as i am sure they don't guarantee their veg. from worms.

Thats why i did'nt kill it, coz after i calmed down i kinda felt sorry for mr wormy in there, wriggling around, all lost in a leek - and God knows how long he was there for???? Poor little thing

....... I dont intend to have an argument with asda but I do intend to have a quiet word with them........:)

Recently I have had problems with the 50p off Badger beer printable MOC in Tesco, they are coming up with an error message, anybody else had this problem? Are they OK in other places? I have eventually got them accepted as non-scans but it is a pain really having to go to CS all the time. Also are the beers on offer anywhere except Tescos?

    TIA

yes, Ive had this problem too at T's, they are currently on offer at sainsbury's 3 for £4!

My guess is : too lazy to read all the daily posts :rotfl::p

Was not happy with me shopping @ T y'day. Me use the Ben10 lego coupons to buy the products ( the one on offers - £4.95 & £2.48 ). Never had any probs using it untill y'day. I handed in 4 coupons but the IDIOT till can only accept 1 coupon even though I bought 4 legos ( in the end I cancelled 3 packs). My regular S/A didn't know what to do - like he said its stupid the way they set the till. Instead of me getting all 4 lego in 1 go, I had to get it one at a time to use the £3 coupon!! Mr. T where is your logic!!! pay peanut u get stupid management staff!

Just been to Sainsburys where they have Velvet triple 9 pack on offer at £3. SA took both my 50p coupons on 1 pack so £2 for 9 rolls for me, but also noticed when I got home that on front is a Treasure Hunt competition small leaflet & inside there is a 50p MOC.
Like a certain bread coupon they could "fall" off.

I added this info to the Products with coupons section.;)

Hi all - have just been recommended this forum by someone on the grabbit board, so I thought I'd join in, that's if you don't mind.

Have been on MSE for a while but haven't done much coupon-ing before, so if I ask stupid questions please be patient! Stupid question No 1 - where do I find couponnet?

Thanks so much to the organisers of this thread - You can see it runs like a well oiled machine! :D

No, we don't mind a new friend joining us!! The more the merrier!!! I see VC has already told you to look on the 1st page for coupons and other relevant info. If you find a coupon please post it in bold blue so I don't miss it, although I do read every post, sometimes I only have time to skim then catch up on reading the posts as soon as I can but if there is a coupon posted I like to get it on the 1st page as soon as I see it. Enjoy the savings you will have from couponing and happy coupon hunting!!!:D
