    Have you thought of boxing up some of the kids stuff and putting it in storage? we sold a property in BL6 last year and it was slow and only when we did this did it move.-or the loft?


    Plus it gives people more of a neutral feel -I'd probably agree with previous comments although absolutely nothing wrong with the upstairs it's not quite a spacey and neutral as downstairs.

    Sept is not a bad month to sell-children back at school soon which will make a difference.
