Quick tip to anyone wanting to get away from BG without incuring an Exit fee..
Upgrade/Downgrade to one of the energysmart tariffs! They waive the exit fee on your current tariff if you move to an Energysmart one.
You get a free energy monitor etc. and once on the energysmart tariff you can then switch without having to pay an exit fee!Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!
