If you log into your account it will be on the left hand side above 'sign out'.

Not sure if it makes any difference, but when I logged in I used www.next.co.uk/vipsale. Worth a try. Good luck :0)

I didn't get a VIP slot last Christmas, just made do with visiting the stores once the chaos of first thing died down, lol, but have been lucky enough to get one this year. Last time we only had half an hour window to log in and as far as I can remember that was it, one chance only....but I've been reading this thread and is it right that you can put some items in your basket, go to checkout and then still be able to log back into the sale and start all over again? This sounds great but has anyone done this and then been unable to log back in?

I did my order in the summer, but forgot something so logged back in no probs. Happy shopping! Not got a slot this year for first time in ages, never mind!

JELLYBABY - I got a VIP invite in the summer sale and had ordered lots of stuff in double sizes - I find I can't go by next sizes. Because I had excededed the number of items I was allowed in my basket, I was able to check out then go back and complete the rest of my order. Customer Services refunded the second delivery charge too which was great. In the summer sale, I didn't get my slot until the second night of the vip sale, but still managed to get almost everything I wanted. Hope you get everything you want.

hi i am one of the chosen ones ( guilty smile) but its my first time. is there a limit on what you can order? or will they let me go loose?

You can do it, the slots are a lot longer now used to only be about half an hour but are now from 7-1159(pm). Once your slot has started you can log in as many times are you like. I have also read on here that if you phone customer services and tell them that you checked out twice (or more) to ensure you got what you wanted then they will only charge you 1 p&p!
