Just a quick question guys and gals... what do u say to cs when u ring?? cos i am fed up 5 yrs no invite yet my cousin gets one every time and never uses it... i have such a high limit and tiny balance..yet they never give me the opportunity to spend it..

Same here, this is the first year that i have not had an invite, it looks like i won't be selected for future VIP it seems like they choose the same one for some time before they select different ones again. Yes i have been lucky but have relied on them now. Not going to go to the next sale physically its just too manic

I got mine - from 7pm on the 22nd - have started making my list! Had to phone CS to get it as couldn't access it via the link in the sale email.

VIPs seem to have been able to book slots from 7pm on Tuesday, so you are 24hrs behind those

its a bit weird that there are no electricals whatsoever. ok, i can understand they wont discount tvs, ipods, etc this year. but theres not even a kettle or toaster

also the listings are really bulked. you used to be able to search in the childrens section by boy or girl in every section, but this time im having to trawl through all the trousers, just to find something for a girl

Yep, this is what I was referring to earlier on, it makes it so time-consuming!

Im hoping they will add them too! They always have really good deals on their electrical goods. They have some really good discounts on goods but it takes an age to find them - some items are not listed in categories but if you type in name it finds them - bizarre!

In the preview some of us managed to see last week there were 200 items in electrics. Weird if there are none...

Was told over the phone twice by cs that i did not have a slot and was very disappointed but at 9.59am this morning i got an invite - strange! Happy i got a slot though!!! :j So for all of you that did not get an invite - there is hope!!!
