There is a limit, not sure what it is but its high (around 50), but as per other posts you can log in and out and order as many times as you like during your time slot.

Yay, my email finally came today and I have the second slot. I will be another person after children's clothes. They seem to have quite a few in the size I want

Re: the quantity of items. I'm sure it has been 70 for as long as I've been online shopping, but I'm also pretty sure that last time it was increased to 90. I remember whittling my list down to 70 then being able to add more, to my surprise!

I definitely remember getting a message after I'd checked out saying that I was now free to order for the rest of the evening. Maybe this was a kind of 'trial run' of the new, longer slots?

Thanks everyone for helping. I am pleased that CS will refund the other delivery charges - do you just ring up and say 'I checked out 5 times will you refund?' or is it due to the risk of the site crashing so do you say you had trouble with it?

I checked out 4 times last year,kept seeing things i liked!! CS refunded all 3 extra delivery charges for me. I just rang and said i have been charged 4 times but did my order all at one time and it was no prob!!:j

Hey guys I haven't got a VIP slot this time so don't know why I'm torturing my bargain crazy self reading this thread but ANYWAY re reordering... CS told me last time that I could make as many orders as I wanted in the slot allocated, checking out as many times as I wanted too, and they would just charge one delivery charge. If there is any issue then you can just call them and ask for a refund.
Also last time I received ANOTHER time slot the day before the store sale through a second email invitation - almost like they were encouraging all VIP slot people to carry on buying!! I have to say there wasn't much left by that stage but I still bought some more couldn't resist... Therefore go for it all those of you with your slots and enjoy!
Finally I do really believe it is random. I did everything I thought might work to get an invite this time - bought in last sale, signed up for email updates, have a credit limit of over £3000, have bought lots of clothes and even am in credit with them but it just didn't happen.

I'm so not on the ball this year. Completely forgot about the VIP sale until my mum called to say she had one. I thought I hadn't as I didn't get any email. Just checked into my account and I have one :j Not til Wednesday tho - so hope there's some stuff left

Hi I have been given a VIP slot but it just says Wed 7.00 til 18.00, is this correct or I am supposed to get a specified time?

that is your specified time - you can shop from 7 in the morning, until 6 at night
