That's the spirit I wish this site had more of. If I get it great, if I don't well at least I save money.
I wish all of us could get one but we can't, so to you who do, well done. Buy what you want but leave some for others, no ebay! We have all become so greedy and selfish (me too) that we think we have a given right to things, we don't.

There be many a opinion later in this thread stating 'I spend so much at next I should be given one' well, perhaps you do, but none of us know how the company decide these things. And if you do shop so much from them you obviously like the clothes, so please don't start knocking the company, it just sounds like sour grapes.

I've just checked my VIP invite from last year and it came through on 21st December at 11.06am and the sale started at 6.00pm on Monday 22nd. Maybe we won't hear, if we do hear, until 2morrow!!

(Note to self: I really must clear my email!!)

I second that, I too have been lucky to have an invite to the last few sales, so fingers crossed for this one :xmassmile.

Nothing showing on my account yet,............... it's going to be a long day!!

just rang next and the nice chap said i have been selected to get a vip slot and the emails will definately be going out today

yep, i got my email invite at that time too

but i had already booked my slot on the 20th at 3pm

so will def be checking account at 3pm today

Well I phoned a couple of days ago and was told no VIP for me this year, but having read this thread I thought I'd try again and check. Today the girl told me that emails are being sent out at the moment, and it will only show on someone's account when they've already been invited, and that the emails will be going out over the next few days so it might not even show on my account for another few days.

I'm sure they're all just saying something different every time someone rings up! It doesn't look like I'm getting one this year but will check at 3pm today just in case.

based on previous years, it seems that 3pm is when the link to the sale finally appeared on your account
