  • It WAS Christmas after all !!

You can't expect people to continue repaying loans when there are presents and booze to buy for goodness sake!!

Who do these loan companies think they are expecting people to continue repaying debts during the season of goodwill??

    [/sarcasm]
Beware of imitations e.g. Robert Sterling
  • Please belive me this is a crusade , I now have 7 other people who have had there accounts emptied by this company , I obviously mean people`s accounts that have not been the borrower but people who have given there details on the basis that financial plus would take a set payment and then cleared there accounts. My help to them is only to ensure that this practice is stamped out and that the appropriate and legal course of action is taken in future.
I did not run from the debt but came to an arrangement that obviously was the wrong thing to do.. or was it?
    regards

Do you have anyone who has not defaulted on their legal obligations at all or do you simply have fellow defaulters?

I am sure these people will complain as they think they can get out of repaying their loan.

Show me a few complaints of a similar nature from people who met the agreement please.
  • The people I have got are not Financial plus customers . But people who have had there accounts emptied by either helping there friends or family and agreed to give f/p a minimum payment from there account on behalf of the borrower.
By the way anihilator have you over your the course of life never made 1 late payment to anyone? Peoples circumstances change daily as proved by the current economic climate . The crisis that we now experience is due to irrisponsable lending and massive job cuts accross the whole of the uk .
Everyone in life has sometimes needed a leg up so to speak and the people helping in this case are being punished by having there money taken.
I could understand what you are saying if the people involved had just hidden from the loan company involved but they havent , they have made arrangements to pay rather than just let the loan lapse to a default stage.
Have you never helped a friend ? lent them £20 or something , maybe you have children and have helped them! would this give them the right to then take you for everything you have? I dont belive that you are stupid so please think before you reply to this .

Do you have anyone whose complaining which doesnt relate to a default of agreement by them or a close friend/family for whom they make a payment on behalf of?
  • Are you really that stupid ? Do the above posts not explain this. Read the posts and then go and give your head a shake ..this is like talking to some body with learning difficulties or some crazy man who just does not think before they speak.

No they don't answer my question.

Basically you and your friends want to create a fuss because you didnt pay the money you were due them as you wanted luxuries instead. You have found a few similar scammers too.

If you had paid your loans on time (or whoever borrowed the money) this would never have happened.

I have zero sympathy for those who commit criminal acts and spend money with the intent of not repaying it and very little sympathy for the family of these people who instead of letting them reep what they sow try and scam/bail them out.
  • Criminal acts like making payment arrangements. Idiot!
