  • I recently got a loan from financial plus and since my partners bank account has been cleared out (£1358) in 4 seperate transactions .I paid a minimum payment of £10 via my partners card and they proceeded to empty the account. I have reported this to : Trading standards / financial ombudsman & west yorkshire police but at the moment am waiting for reply and will keep everyone updated.
I want to hear from others as i have only found 4 people they have done this to.
After speaking to Deb the manager at financial plus who on tape admited what they have done is illegal but said she was not having a refund i now wish for anyone who has had this done to get in touch, I will try to have their consumer credit licence revoked and will do the work for you FREE OF CHARGE.
Please dont be scared to contact me as i plan to have these cowboys exposed for the damage they cause to familys when they do this to people. My plan is to get enough evidence together so that the office of fair trading has to act . This should result in all your money being returned.
    please get in touch heathykitt@yahoo.com

So basically you borrowed money then didnt stick to your payments because you fancied spending more cash than you had at Xmas. Entirely reasonable adult actions of course.

I always like how those who dont pay what they owe are actually some sort of principled warriors.

If you had stuck to your repayments this of course would never have happened.

No but i see your point , let me explain.
I am in sales and it mainly is commision based , this has caused problems over christmas as motor cars have not been at the top of peoples agenda over the festive period . This of course has caused wages to be drasticly redused and is the reason my loan lapsed into arrears and has been explained to your cowboy company. If i had no intention to pay i would not have made any arrangement with you would I? Please dont make yourself look any bigger of an idiot than you have as i am getting embarrased for you!
    regards

    Embarassed for me?

I am not the one who takes the extremely risky strategy of borrowing from bottom of the pile loan companies intending to use commision based salary to repay it in times of recession and downturn.

No you are not, So what are you talking about? As you know nothing about this or from what it sounds like anything! ,why have you voiced your opinion at all?
Have you read your previous comments!.........lol.....
You have however hit the nail on the head by saying "BOTTOM OF THE PILE LOAN COMPANY!)

Excuse me but who the hell are you to judge anyone. Your attitude is that of a stuck up moron and your responses are neither helpful or positive. Why dont you go and share your opinions with someone who cares like a cat or a dog?
