i did, your understanding and comprehension of various topics is very Devonian (that wasn't a compliment btw)

If you did then you did not make a very good job of it.

If you had checked my posting record you would see your initial, ignorant, moronic assumption was wrong.

I came here mainly to partake in Parking ticket discussions.

nice... you were obviously wanting to discuss the topic when you were throwing your vitriol at Hamish...

Hamish does have a point here...

Actually he doesn't but nice of you to say so.

Vitriol is a two way street. Don't let your ignorant stupidity blind you to that. Hamish gets what he gives.

But what should I expect when your own moronic interjection was ""How to Fail at STRweek" would be more appropriate"
"There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."
"I could play all day in my Green Cathedral".
"The Centuries that divide me shall be undone."

    So, moronic then.

Just to clarify, is it only millsy that's allowed to go off topic in here?

    how does it

the only point that talked about supply was the 4th point

and moneyweek themselves dismiss this in their 4th point

    can you please explain

Can you please highlight how they dismiss this point ?

I believe affordability is key here and the lack of affordability in some areas will pull prices back to realistic levels.

I think we certainly will see a decline or at least a lack of rises in real terms for the foreseeable future. I just do not see where the affordability for housing at the 2007 levels are as the credit is not there and neither should it be.

Certainly HPC'ers who dream about 80% crashes are living in cloud cuckoo land but a soft landing is not to be discounted.

Can we all just try not to let this degenerate into being beastly to Graham please. This thread has been going quite well so far, Hamish has shared, someone called Spartacus Mills has piped up.

    Good times.

Looks like prices are going to drop 50% in the next seven months!!! :rotfl:

What little credibility they had they've lost!
  • Nice comeback.

    ...
When we retire, I'll liquidate everything and buy a small flat overseas, live somewhere warm and cheap, but live well and spend the lot.

    .

I wonder how many other people have the same idea for their retirement. What do you think it will do to house prices if there are a significant number of people in the same position?
